1. The vehicle’s body is completely enclosed, with a non-opening top. It is equipped with specialized facilities such as a medical operating table, medical lighting, ultraviolet disinfection lamps, and air conditioning equipment for mobile medical diagnosis and medical examination screening. Optional medical diagnostic equipment, medical testing equipment, and medical laboratory equipment can be installed inside the vehicle;
2. The chassis is a frame structure welded from longitudinal beams, cross beams, and side beams. The longitudinal beams are made of AG700L high-strength steel using automatic submerged arc welding;
3. The body is made by bonding and riveting 20mm polyurethane composite panels, ensuring a high degree of flatness and providing sealing and insulation, making it durable in all weather conditions.
4. The interior of the body uses a steel frame structure. Four corners use high-quality 400x50x4 rectangular tubes as the main support of the frame, and the rest of the frame is assembled from 60x40x3 and 40x40x2.5 rectangular tubes, ensuring the strength and safety of the body; the main beam of the body undercarriage uses 140x70x6 channel steel as the longitudinal beam, and the cross beam is welded from 60x40x3 rectangular tubes.
5. The semi-trailer suspension uses Fu Hua air suspension, mainly composed of a front support frame, rear support frame, leaf spring, leaf spring shaft, air spring, shock absorber, and U-bolt. The structure is reasonable, with good strength, used to support the load and cushion impact.
6. The interior of this semi-trailer P2 laboratory is divided into a buffer corridor, reagent preparation area, sample preparation area, amplification area, and disinfection room. Each area is independent and cannot be directly connected. Each independent experimental area has a dedicated buffer room, capable of testing 15,000 tubes of reagents per day, with results available within 1.5 hours.
